Tsavo East and West
The twin National Parks of Tsavo East and West together form one of Africa’s largest wilderness reserves. Tsavo as a whole consists of 10 million acres of pure wilderness, incorporating savannah, ranges and hills, acacia and montane forest, and an extensive river system. This single National Park is larger than the island of Jamaica.

The vast plains of Tsavo are crossed by the main Nairobi-Mombasa railroad. This historic railway was, in 1899, the scene of one of Africa’s greatest Adventure stories. Two large lions actively preyed on the railway workers as they built a bridge over the Tsavo river, claiming over 120 victims. They evaded hunters for well over a year, and the legend of the Maneaters of Tsavo was born.

Amboseli National Park Safari - "Kilimanjaro's Royal Court..."

Amboseli lies immediately North West of Mt. Kilimanjaro, on the border with Tanzania. Amboseli was established as a reserve in 1968 and gazetted as a National Park in 1974. The Park covers 392 km2, and forms part of the much larger 3,000 Km2 Amboseli ecosystem. Large concentrations of wildlife occur here in the dry season, making Amboseli a popular tourist destination. It is surrounded by 6 communally owned group ranches.

Mombasa Safaris-Tours & Excurions
The second most important city of the country is the largest and most popular island on the coast. This old but vibrant gateway to Kenya is a mystical mixture of ancient and modern, with a cosmopolitan population blending Africa, Arabia and Asia. But not everyone realizes that this picturesque port is an island with two deep water harbours. Evocative of the east, graceful sailing dhows unchanged throughout the centuries, arrive on the monsoon winds, while ocean liners berth just around the headland.

Fringing the dhow harbour is the Old Town, dominated by the ancient Portuguese Fort Jesus, a maze of narrow streets overshadowed by high ornamental balconies and quaint shuttered houses and vibrant open bazaars.

The town of Mombasa is a major sea gateway for eastern Africa and is Kenya's oldest and second largest metropolis. A spectacular coral reef, uninterrupted for 480 km, runs along the palm fringed coastline. The waters below team with marine life while up above a huge diversity of birdlike occupies the mangrove forests or overhanging cliffs.

The beaches of Kenya have become one of the world's great playgrounds, with plenty of opportunities for water sports or simply sunbathing.

More than half of the country's international hotels are based along the Coast. We welcome you to Mombasa, where the sun shines all year round and the diversity of activities is unequalled, make Mombasa your next holiday destination.
